Vermont Professional Engineer License Renewal Requirements

Every professional engineer licensee shall obtain the equivalent of 30 professional development hours (“PDHs”) prior to PE license renewal. These PDHs shall be obtained during the three years preceding the professional engineer license renewal date.

  1. All Professional Engineers are subject to the CPC requirements except for those renewing for the first time.
  2. A Professional Development Hour (PDH) is defined as one contact hour (60 minutes) of instruction or presentation.
  3. Professional Engineers must maintain records of CPC completion for the two prior renewal cycles. PDHNow helps engineers meet this requirement by providing instant access and printed certificate upon successful completion of a course or webinar.

Register for this PDH engineering course and start earning continuing education credits for your Vermont PE license renewal.

PDH Now courses are designed to be accepted by the Vermont Board of Professional Engineers and all other US state boards that require continuing education.
